1. Scope of Services & AI Technology

AIENGLISHKING.COM provides online learning courses and related educational services. Access to purchased courses begins after payment has been successfully completed and remains valid for the applicable subscription period. If you wish to continue learning after your subscription expires, you must purchase an extension or a new subscription.

AI Coach Voice Analysis is provided by AIENGLISHKING.COM as a complimentary feature. Our custom voice analysis system is powered by advanced predictive speech modeling technology. Although the technology is highly effective in analyzing spoken English, AI-generated results may occasionally contain minor recognition differences or unexpected technical errors. We openly disclose these technical limitations so that users can practice with realistic expectations and use the feedback as a learning reference.

Pro Tool is offered as a separate paid service and is subject to the same technical limitations described above. Both AI Coach and Pro Tool are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

2. Member Compliance

After registering as a member of AIENGLISHKING.COM, you may access the services available under your account. By using AIENGLISHKING.COM, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, all platform rules, and any applicable notices or policies published by AIENGLISHKING.COM.

3. Use of Services

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, such as your email address. If your information changes, you are responsible for updating your account promptly to ensure it remains accurate.

4. Protection of Personal Information

AIENGLISHKING.COM respects your privacy and will not disclose your name, address, email address, or other legally protected personal information to third parties without your consent, except in the following circumstances:

• When required by applicable law or legal regulations.
• When requested by a court or other legally authorized government authority through the proper legal process.

5. Member Obligations and Responsibilities

Members are solely responsible for all content they upload, publish, or transmit through AIENGLISHKING.COM. By using our services, you agree to the following:

• Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of China (Taiwan), as well as generally accepted rules and practices governing the use of the Internet.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to publish or transmit any content that is defamatory, false, threatening, abusive, obscene, unlawful, offensive, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, including text, images, or any other type of file.
• Commercial Activities: Without prior written permission from AIENGLISHKING.COM, you may not advertise, promote, or sell products or services through our platform.
• Respect for Others: You agree to avoid discussing private matters in public discussion areas and to respect the rights and privacy of others when posting content.

6. Prohibited Conduct

AIENGLISHKING.COM reserves the right to determine whether a member's conduct violates these Terms or any applicable laws. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may suspend or terminate the member's account, remove the account, or discontinue access to our services at any time. Members remain solely responsible for any legal consequences resulting from their actions.

7. Service Suspension and Changes

(1) Service Suspension

AIENGLISHKING.COM may suspend or temporarily interrupt its services under any of the following circumstances:

• Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or repairs of our systems or equipment.
• Unexpected hardware, software, or system failures.
• Service interruptions caused by our Internet Service Provider (ISP).
• Natural disasters, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

(2) Service Limitations

AIENGLISHKING.COM may experience temporary interruptions, delays, transmission errors, storage errors, or unauthorized system access due to failures involving our own systems, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), third-party voice transmission services used by AI Coach or Pro Tool, or human error. Members agree that AIENGLISHKING.COM shall not be liable for any compensation or damages resulting from such events.

8. Account Security and Notification

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and password. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, password, or any other security issue, you must notify AIENGLISHKING.COM immediately. You should also log out of your account after each session. AIENGLISHKING.COM is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

9. Special Agreement

You agree that all content, opinions, and other materials you publish or submit through AIENGLISHKING.COM represent your own personal views and actions. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from such content. AIENGLISHKING.COM assumes no responsibility or liability for user-generated content.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

(1) Changes to Services

AIENGLISHKING.COM reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of its services or terminate any member account at any time without prior notice. AIENGLISHKING.COM shall not be liable to any member or third party for any inconvenience, loss, or damage resulting from such actions.

(2) Service Updates

AIENGLISHKING.COM reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any part of its services at any time without providing individual notice. Members are not entitled to request any compensation or damages arising from such changes.

(3) Additional Service Terms

Certain services provided by AIENGLISHKING.COM may be subject to separate terms and conditions. Where such terms apply, they shall govern the rights and obligations relating to those specific services.

11. Indemnification

If a member violates any applicable law or breaches any provision of these Terms, causing AIENGLISHKING.COM, its affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, or other related parties to suffer any loss, damage, or expense (including, but not limited to, reasonable legal fees and costs incurred in civil, criminal, or administrative proceedings), the member shall be responsible for fully compensating AIENGLISHKING.COM and the affected parties for such losses and expenses.

12. Changes to These Terms

AIENGLISHKING.COM reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be announced on the official website without individual notice to members. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using AIENGLISHKING.COM immediately. Your continued use of our services after the updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of these Terms, as well as any rights and obligations arising from the use of AIENGLISHKING.COM, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court, Taiwan, as the court of first instance.
