Because every customer has the opportunity to fully evaluate our products through the free Lesson 1 experience before purchasing, all purchases of Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3, and Stage 4 are final.

Once payment has been successfully completed, we do not provide refunds, partial refunds, exchanges, or credits for any purchased course.

The same policy applies to Pro Tool.

Since Pro Tool is built on the same core technology and users have already experienced the underlying functionality through our free AI Coach trial, all Pro Tool purchases are final and are not eligible for refunds.

AI Coach and Pro Tool use advanced AI-powered voice analysis technology. Like all AI systems, the analysis may occasionally produce minor recognition differences or unexpected technical variations.

These technical characteristics are part of the normal operation of AI technology and do not constitute grounds for refunds.
